When it comes to roofing companies, many have horrible stories. Quite the contrary with Chris Reynolds with Corey Roofing & Construction. The crews were on time. Chris ran the jobsite and completed the project quickly and the end product was fantastic! We can confidently say we will always use Chris and Corey Roofing as our "go to" source for our roofing and exterior projects.
Corey Construction does not want to compete based on price. They position themselves into a position that allows them to inflate the local price due to their position as insurance negotiation experts. Whatever they may set as their price, they state that the insurance company (via supplemental claims) will pay it. However when they cannot make it happen (like in my case), they still push their inflated price by relying that the home owner pay the difference. To add insult to injury, after cohearsing you into a contract, you will be threatened by litigation if you do not accept the price. If you believe them and allow them to continue to inflate prices you are doing a disservice to your community. It is a shame that these storm chasers are making their profits with these questionable business practice and it should not be allowed. Certainly being threatened by litigation if you do not pay their inflated price is an empty threat (in my case) and is very disturbing to me and everyone I have talked to.
