Owned and operated by Shawn and Katie Silbaugh, Northland Cabinets has satisfied clients since 1984 with its array of high-quality products, experienced professional staff, and a focus on customer service. The company's 30,000-square-foot facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota, which houses a showroom and complete manufacturing facility, has served customers since the beginning. Our professional staff is well versed in working with countless selections of wood, finishes, hardware, countertops, and a full line of environmentally sensitive "green" products. Our finishes have low HAPS and low VOC levels and meet the strict requirements of the EPA and the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association. Our finishes have excellent UV, household chemical, moisture, mar and abrasion resistance. Quartz countertops are made using 93% quartz and 7% resin to achieve color consistency from slab to slab. Quartz tops are maintenance free, durable, food safe and stain resistant. Quartz countertops are available in a wide array of color selections. Natural stone is strong and durable. Granite withstands extreme temperatures and is easy to maintain. Shawn's father, Terry owned and operated Northland since1984. Shawn has worked in the family business for over 20 years and took over ownership in 2020. His hands-on experience has made him one of the best cabinet makers in the business. Katie has over 15 years' experience in customer service and business administration. She received her bachelor's degree in business management from Bethel University. She has experience in interior design and can help customers with current trends and color choices.
