The ONLY reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of how great the guys moving our furniture were. We scheduled a delivery for YESTERDAY, 1pm. We recieved a phone call around 11:30pm that they would be EARLY. My husband dropped everything we had to do and rushed back to the house. By 1pm we still hadnt heard anything and nobody showed up. We called them, which is frustrating enough. We were told the job was being finished right then, and they would be there soon but that only 2 guys would be there first then 2 more guys would be sent over when they could. By 4pm, still nothing. 5pm I finally called again. I was basically asked if they could come tomorrow (today) and I very firmly said no. The lady said she needed to call me back. Around 530 we recieved a call that they couldnt come today. Then a man called and we were told all types of reasons -- weather, customers, etc. We are reasonable and if someone had told us earlier in the day that they were held up it would have been ok. But, again, we were told around 1pm that they were FINISHING a job and were on the way. Why did it take until almost 6pm if they were almost done? We got several excuses and none of it really added up. Bottom line, if we had known it would be that late or even the next day before, we would have had a much different day. I was scheduled for an MRI yesterday but couldnt go due to the fact that I was stuck here waiting and waiting on them. We could have moved stuff on our own or called another company. And, after all the headache, they still charged us full price. The only discount we got was because of our realtor. It would have at least made it a little easier had we gotten some what of a discount.
