Bolton Custom Homes, Inc. was founded in 1987. Throughout that time, we have been committed to building a quality homes in the Lindale, Smith county, Texas area for a reasonable price. It is our mission to provide affordable custom homes without compromising quality. Building a new custom home should be an enjoyable process, free from stress. We will meet with you to discuss the design, cost, and construction process of your new home long before the first nail is driven. By spending ample time vetting the project at the beginning of the process, unforeseen costs and delays can be avoided during the construction phase.

I have been involved in the construction industry since 1977. I began as a construction laborer, working for a family friend who was a custom homebuilder. Eventually, I became a construction superintendent for a company that built several thousand homes each year. It was during this time that I became project and division manager and oversaw the entire process from design to project completion. I started Bolton Custom Homes, Inc., in 1987 and have built homes in the East Texas area. We are currently members of the Lindale Chamber of Commerce, Tyler Home Builders Association, Texas Home Builders Association, Better Business Bureau, and the National Home Builders Association.
