In 2010, Scott and Christina started Historic Renovations, a home remodeling company known for quality craftsmanship, exquisite details, and exceptional customer service. In 2013, the company expanded into new construction and changed its name to Hancock Custom Homes. Our projects include new construction, repairs/restorations, multi-family, and commercial. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
This is the third house we custom built and Scott was absolutely the easiest and most straight forward builder we have ever used. He was always available for our questions and concerns, and his subs were incredibly nice. The punch list was very short, most of which he identified himself, and promptly addressed. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the house. Also, he is a very nice guy that is easy to work with.
