We had a short timeframe to complete the roof on the rental we were putting up for sale. Summit View managed to squeeze our job in, deal with the Colorado weather changes and anticipate incoming weather to make this scheduling nightmare happen for us. Anthony Simonetti was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond to get a new roof put on our rental that complies with current building code while keeping our cost down. Anthony even noticed a few things that the insurance adjuster missed on our initial claim and contacted the adjuster himself. I was so happy with my experience with Summit View, I asked my realtor to add them to her referral list.
