Hi Point fails at communication and follow thru. Love the community of Gold Hill Mesa, but frustrated with a builder that misrepresents things, doesn't respond when contacted and fails to take care of building and landscaping issues. Once you close, don't count on any more support. Sadly our neighbors all seem to be reporting similar issues. Guess the boom has just made them too big of a company to care about the customers who built them.
