Monticello Homes’ tile contractor installed tile incorrectly in our entry and living room. It completely lifted up because they didn’t remove the backing before they installed it. We just spent five figures to install new floors. Monticello told us to take a hike since it had been 13 years even though there was negligence involved.

Larry Allen is the embodiment of courteous and professional and is very quick to answer any questions we have and strives to keep us informed and up to date. The homes they provide are absolutely gorgeous with beautiful quality finishings. We highly recommend Monticello homes and Larry Allen, they’ve helped make this entire process as smooth as possible.
