Since 1990, Summit Industrial Flooring has been installing and refinishing industrial concrete flooring throughout Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. Due to our quality installations and customer-oriented service, we have been fortunate to expand our business into the cities of Indianapolis, Lexington and Louisville. We also just recently opened our Southeast Division in Charleston, South Carolina which services cities such as Columbia, Charlotte and Atlanta, Georgia just to name a few. Thanks to our business partnerships and team of professional employees, we are proud to say we are now the regional experts in concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, seamless resinous flooring, concrete surface preparation and secondary containment systems.

Back in 1990 Summit Industrial Flooring completed our first project, and since then we've been practicing that old-fashioned style of true customer service that one seldom encounters these days. We maintain our own surface preparation equipment. Our technicians analyze every aspect of your flooring needs. Summit is able to bring high-quality products, trustworthy services, and superior workmanship to every project because we keep full-time employees. Every Summit project includes final inspection and follow-up consultation.

Concrete polishing may not sound like the most glamorous job in the world, but we enjoy serving our clients and increasing the value of their facilities with reliable flooring, a safe work environment and top-quality maintenance. We wouldn't have survived and grown over the last twenty years without "a little help from our friends." We have contracted with Summit for grinding, polishing, resinous coatings, traction toppings, staining and quartz over the last 20 years. We find their knowledge regarding chemistry, mechanics and physics truly impressive.

Our line of floor coatings and wall surfaces excel at a variety of industrial applications. Seamless floor coatings can be formulated or treated for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications, from resistance to chemicals and staining, ease of cleaning, anti-static, even antiseptic. With epoxy aggregate flooring, anti-slip and slip-resistant textures can be installed - ideal for swimming and recreational installations, for example. Concrete polishing hardens and strengthens the surface, helps with resistance to contaminants and discoloration, and in general improves the quality of the concrete floor. As a bonus, polished concrete floors can be quite beautiful, as evidenced by "industrial chic" design style now very popular. When Summit Industrial properly prepares and polishes an existing concrete floor, clients are amazed at the improved light reflection and attractiveness. Polished concrete also resists all kinds of stress and abuse.
