F.G. Angelo & Sons is a family owned concrete company started in 1956 by Francis G. Angelo. His son Tom entered the business in 1965, son Richard in 1970 and grandson Christian in 2003. If your house foundation is in need of repair, we have many years of experience that we can put to work for you. We have completed many foundation repair projects ranging from simple foundation wall cracks, to pushed in basement walls and even complete removal and reconstruction of basement walls and foundations. We have the knowledge, experience, labor, and heavy equipment to take care of all your foundation needs.
Our waterproofing system stops the water on the exterior of your basement walls instead of on the inside. The problem wall is first excavated down to the foundation. The old tile is removed and replaced with a new socked tile. If needed, a new sump pump system will be installed in the basement to keep the water level below your foundation. A waterproofing compound is then applied to the wall from the existing grade of the landscaping all the way down to the foundation. A vapor barrier is then applied over the tar and the new tile is backfilled with no less than two to three feet of #6 stone.
