Tom was upfront with his timeline and let us know that he wouldn't be able to get to our job until Spring. We are fine with waiting. He did not require any money down to hold our spot. Tom will make out his Spring schedule after he finishes this Fall and will go over everything with us again before he starts the project. Very professional.

Tom poured a concrete floor in an RV stall in our detached garage. We had 3 estimates and he was in the middle of the back but much lower than those bigger outfits. He took the time to understand just what I wanted to do, answered all my questions, and gave good advice. He’s serious about wanting to do a good job and giving me what I wanted. We wanted to get it done last fall but the cold came sooner than expected and he was more than willing to wait till spring to get it done. The floor looks great and is exactly what we wanted. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for concrete work.

Wonderful! Tom met with me beforehand to go over all the details and to answer my questions. I found him to be very pleasant and easy to talk with. He and his assistant were punctual and professional and were able to get the majority of the work done in just one day. I love my new patio and would definitely hire them again!

Our experience was wonderful. I had 5 other estimates and felt that no one else was as professional as Tom. His quote was professional and done in a timely manner. We have a exposed aggregate courtyard in the front of our house that leads to our front door. The aggregate was cracking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Thomas and he was very prompt coming out for an estimate. The estimate was very fair and we hired him to do the work. I created a design with a smooth concrete border and exposed aggregate. Thomas had no problem implementing my design and was able to closely match our exposed aggregate steps. The courtyard looks fantastic! Thomas worked alone and was here long hours to get the job done. I would hire Madsen Concrete again.

My entire experience with Madsen Concrete Services was very smooth. Tom was quick to respond and come out for a bid and he was very professional. He was patient with all my questions and he made sure he completely understood what I was asking for. He offered a solution to the drainage problem I was having with my original patio to make sure the new patio didn't experience the same problems. The tear out and forming was done in one day. The following day the new patio was poured and it looks great. I opted to have them install new sod in the area surrounding the new patio and they did a great job leveling the old soil and laying the new sod. I couldn't be more happy with the experience or final product.

Thank you so much to the 12 guys from the Union Gospel Mission for their help! They helped move about 5 tons of dirt out of the basement (Left over dirt from the collapse that happen last year). Such a pleasure working with you guys!
