Over the years, Welch Construction and its staff have been involved in projects as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and as a Design Builder. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, with offices in two locations; our corporate headquarters is located in Marcellus, New York and our coastal division, which opened in 2004, is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
