Building on my background in design, commercial art and advertising, I opened my own design studio in 1999 hoping to Simplify the Process for clients at a time when the details are the most crucial. I have worked with custom cabinet makers, tract home builders and high end cabinetry companies. Through the many elements of designing in these areas, where I gained valuable experience, I also longed for a more personal connection with the homeowner and end user. I recognized there was a niche market that fell in the middle of tract home and ultra deluxe design.

In a matter of a couple of days, your kitchen can be transformed without the fuss of tear out and reinstall to have a fully updated look. To begin, all doors and drawer fronts are removed, the face frame of the cabinet is prepped to receive a wood on wood veneer treatment that adheres to the surface with a 3M bond that will cure to the cabinet frame. The exposed sides of the cabinets will receive wood panels and the existing trim details are replaced with new trim in new color. New solid wood drawer fronts and new solid wood doors are then installed in place of old doors.

It's pretty standard to have 6-8 week lead time on cabinets. So, this gives you time to shop for all your appliances, backsplash, pick out paint colors and other aesthetic finishing touches.
