PICTURES & VIDEOS: For the most effective and economical drainage system, please provide pictures, or videos during your consultation with your estimator when possible. This will help to determine the location and size of catch basins, inlets, channel drains and PVC drain pipes. SPRINKLER SYSTEMS: If you have a sprinkler system, please provide us with a map of your active lines. If you don't have a map, but know the name of the company who installed your system, please contact them for a map. Most reputable companies will provide you a map at no charge.

Sealcoating extends asphalt pavement life and can help reduce the friction commonly associated with asphalt pavement. We recommend sealing every 3 to 5 years, depending on wear. Sealer can be applied to an asphalt surface by hand squeegee, machine squeegee or by sprayer. Typically, driveways are squeegeed while parking lots and roads are sprayed after first being trimmed by squeegee.

Topps core business is resurfacing, new construction or paving over existing gravel parking lots and roads in the metropolitan area. Each project is bid based on traffic load and the customers long term or short term expectations. For heavy traffic areas we recommend using a base mix which contains a larger aggregate of rock for a stronger surface. A second layer of asphalt called the "surface mix" is then placed over the top of the base mix. This is a long term paving solution for heavy and industrial traffic.
