Based in Butler, WI PLM began its journey as "Parking Stripes Company." Four years later it moved to its current location in Pewaukee and the name was changed to "Asphalt Maintenance and Striping Company" in order to reflect the addition of sealcoating. In 1987 our current owner took over the company changing the name to "Parking Lot Maintenance." Over the next 15 years PLM grew from 14 to over 75 employees in order to meet the needs of customers and to aid in doing larger projects. Then in 2002 a concrete division was added to bring the company up to the over 85 employees we have today.
