We've all heard "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, " nothing could be truer regarding you pavement surfaces. A proper maintenance program can more than double the life expectancy of your pavement. In addition to prolonging the life of your pavement; maintenance services such as sealcoating and striping can help keep your property safe and inviting for your customers and guests! Sealcoat is typically a refined coal tar or asphalt based emulsion applied in liquid form to the surface of the asphalt creating a film or barrier that protects your pavement from the elements.

Whether it's creating a safe walkway for pedestrians, promoting better drainage with curbing, or creating a surface to support heavy traffic and loads, concrete plays a vital role on your property! Once a pavement surface has outlived it's useful life, it will at some point need to be replaced. Concrete paving is an excellent choice and should be considered under these circumstances.
Asphalt pavement is one of the most widely used materials for parking lots. 100% recyclable, asphalt is a sustainable mixture of bituminous oil, gravel and sand. The mixture is heated and installed while still hot. Once compacted and allowed to cool and harden, the new properly installed asphalt is a durable and cost effective surface for your parking lot needs! However, asphalt parking lots require maintenance and over time repairs may be needed. Not all pavement defects are the same and may require different approaches to be taken to correct the issue in a cost effective manner.
