Wish I could give them zero stars. Completely incompetent. Zero communication in their office. Left several messages, told their regional manager will be getting back to me and still have not received a callback. In the meantime, my 2 year old received a chemical reaction on his skin when they shocked my 55,000 gallon pool and didn't tell me. It's supposed to be a salt water system but they keep shocking it because it looks as though their salt system isn't working properly. My spa hasn't been running properly or overflowing into the pool since they switched out my original who knew what he was doing to this new guy who doesn't know the first thing about a pool. As of last week my pool equipment won't even run. Their idiot tech shocked the pool last week again with pool equipment that won't run and then he didn't turn the panel off resulting in the pool turning on with no water going through the system. Completely incompetent company with no communication in their office other than a phone tree that leads you to a voice mail.
If I could rate it lower, I would! Terrible service. No communication between office staff, techs and mgmt. Incompetent is the nicest word I could.
