Harrison Paving is a family owned business founded in 1965 by Benjamin Harrison, Sr. who learned the business from a family of paving contractors. The company has grown under the supervision of Ben Harrison, Jr., where it has become a full service asphalt paving company that begins with site preparation to final sealcoat for a wide range of customers in Central & Southside Virginia. With proper maintenance on any asphalt project, Harrison Paving guarantees you will enjoy your driveway for many years. There is a normal "break- in-period" for all new asphalt driveways. Situations listed below are normal and should be no cause for alarm. BLEMISHES / FLAKING - Flaking occurs primarily from the texture of the material itself, and generally stops within several months, particularly around edges. Asphalt blemishes will fade after a full season. SOFT BLACKTOP - Your new driveway acts as a huge solar cell and absorbs tremendous amounts of heat.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All asphalt paving jobs are completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the contract specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. All thicknesses are to be interpreted as average.
