We'll make every effort to contact you prior to the Grade Crew's arrival so that you can ensure that the site and site access are of obstructions and vehicles etc. Our estimator will usually arrive just before the grade crew, drawings in hand, to make sure things go smoothly. If you're available that day, we will introduce you to the Grade Foreman and we all tour the site, addressing particular concerns such as drainage, borders, elevations etc.
