As a commercial Pool manager for Sailors Quay in Brick, NJ I can not say enough about Steve and Paradise Pools. They did a super job rebuilding our pool over the winter and recommended and installed a state of the art pumping system for our filters, that is saving us thousands on eclectic use. Their response time for anything we need is second to none. One of the best companies I deal with everyday.

Steve came out and looked at my pool,an estimate for a new liner was emailed the next day. Bri in the office was very helpful. We love everything about this experience of getting a replacement liner! From start to finish very professional!

I have to say right off the bat, the owner, Steve, was one of the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. As someone in sales, I appreciate that. My wife and I have never had much luck with contractors, builders, etcetera, so when we embarked on the process of shopping for, ordering, and installing an in-ground pool at our house, we went into it with low expectations. We had started off with the desire for an in-ground pool, but were turned off by the insane figures we were getting from pool companies. So we turned to the idea of a semi in-ground, which is actually what led us to Paradise. I spoke with Steve and he explained the pros and cons to the pool we were inquiring about and never tried to push us to a different kind of pool.
However, in conversation I told him the story of how we started off wanting in-ground but didn’t think we could swing it and he said he’d go over different options with me. I then made an appointment with Steve to meet with me, and on the day of the appointment we got about 6”-8” of snow, so I obviously thought we’d have to reschedule. However, to my surprise, he showed up like clockwork for our appointment! I had a blank canvas for a yard, so it was easy for him to ascertain how and what I wanted to do back there (we also wanted to do a patio and vinyl fence). After our talk, looking through a booklet, and doing some more research, I decided that we’d really love the Barrier Reef Oyster fiberglass pool. After some time and some negotiations on price, Steve came through and gave us EVERYTHING we could have ever imagined—and more—for a price we absolutely could not afford to pass up. It did take some time for the permits to come through and the pool to be shipped, but he eventually got started early May and was done within a couple days. When my patio, fence, and landscaping was all done, he came back to clean it and set it up and show us how to use our mobile app to control the pool (totally unexpected bonus). But even after the job was complete, Steve was always accessible by phone and willing to help however and whenever possible. My family’s first summer using our beautiful new heated, saltwater pool was nothing short of amazing.
We had plenty of friends and family over and my wife and kids got almost daily use out of it. And when summer was officially over, he came by to close it up and install our safety cover. So many memories were made this summer and I couldn’t be more grateful for the awesome job you did! Thank you Steve and the team at Paradise Pools!
