I have learned that they cannot be depended on to do what they say. I have been with Martin Pools for years. I called the first of May to get in their schedule to take my cover off. The pool is dark green. They would come after straight days of calling then not come back until I went through the same thing. It was they'll be there today. They'll be there tomorrow. It's Labor Day weekend and my pool is a green cess pool. I had just recommended them before this to a friend that needed a liner
Not reliable and staff is unprofessional. Waited 3 weeks for someone to come out just to do a sample and then they ran it for the wrong kind of pool. I took my results to Family Leisure who told me I have a salt water pool but was tested for a chlorine pool. Will never use this place again
We just bought a house with a pool and have never had a pool before. Ms Kricket and her staff have walked me through every step of getting the pool ready to open. It was in terrible shape but is looking 90% better. Won't be long before it will be ready to make a splash. Love you guys.
