I am rejecting this response because: First of all, Gary Pools gave me a final offer of $500 for the fence damage even though (according to them) that damage to the fence in the contract (attached) states they aren't responsible. the $500 is a good faith payment, however they once again are bullying and violating the law because as you can see in the attached correspondence, they state they will only pay it once I remove all of my negative reviews, I have left for them, that is illegal. Second, I find it convenient that they keep referencing the fence damage and not the house damage too, which I also attached the quote for that damage. In the correspondence from them they state they DID damage my fence and house, they did request we give them quotes, they did say they can have their own contractors fix it using the umbrella of Gary Pools builders' license, and they completely ignored my request for the building code regulation pressure valve be added that I paid for and never received. They state that the value is not leaking. I never said it was. According to the building code, in order to sell my house BY LAW there HAS TO be a pressure value item attached to the current value that is used to fill the pool. It keeps the water from exploding under pressure damaging the home. Then they want to FINALLY fix the plaster in my pool, but because they IGNORED us for EIGHT months their "patch" may be a different color due to the EIGHT months the pools have been in the sun. That could have easily been remedied if they would have done what they should have in the first place. That was fix all the items once the pool was finished. Instead, they told me they would not fix anything until we released the final payment. Once I did that, they became belligerent and never completed fixing the items. I did not and will not accept their $500 for the 1600 damage they did to my fence and 1300 damage they did to my HOUSE. IO attached pictures previously showing the pool contractors installing the plaster and oh yeah guess what? NO COVERING ANYWHERE, not on my fence, not on my house, not on my outdoor furniture. I have not even started on what they did to my neighbors, who got a pool at the same time we did, but they were missing fire rock around the pool, water value not working, oh yeah and the contractors urinated in their pool when it was just rebarred. Very Professional Gary Pools. I adamantly reject your lies and your response. Shame on you for treating combat veterans this way.

We just moved to the area and could not be more impressed with Gary Pools so far. Our designer and salesman, Ruben Gonzalez, has gone above and beyond in responsiveness. He designed a beautiful pool that hit all our highlights including budget. Can't wait to see the finished product!

We highly recommend Gary Pools. We recently decided to build our pool with them and they have brought our vision to life. Ruben Gonzalez has been available to us at all times. He has been 100% straightforward and honest since the beginning. We were hesitant at first going with such a big company thinking that it would be very impersonal, “just another large company doing what large companies do”. That cannot be further from the truth. The staff at the design center was very hands on and helpful with choosing the materials. We were overwhelmed by the number of options that they provide but were guided with grace and patience by all of them. I don’t feel that we were up charged or talked into something bigger just to “meet quota”. For example, we have 2 kids and you would think a slide would be an easy sell. They gave us the pros and cons and ultimately recommended that we do not, given the type of pool, size of pool and what we would be using it for…how’s that for honesty. We would definitely work with them again given the opportunity. Ruben Gonzalez comes highly recommended.

Thank you Gary Pools for your professionalism and your awesome business work ethics. We had a few little kinks with understanding the equipment but every time we called you would send someone out to check on things and make sure things were working right (and fix anything that needed to be tweaked) and we really appreciate that we. We would like to give a particular shout out and kudos to our construction manager MATT POMPA who worked above and beyond the call of duty. Late nights and weekends he would respond with a answer or future plans of action. He made sure we didn’t have to wait forever for someone to come out. Was always polite and professional That made a world of difference We appreciate him so much. Also would like to give a shout out to VINO ALONZO for his patience with us. He brainstormed with me and we came up with a few solutions. He repeated himself constantly so I could best understand what he was doing and how to operate the equipment. Thank you to your entire team.

We love our pool from Gary Pools! Steve Leija, Project Manager was Fantastic! Steve was patient, was able to answer all of our questions and worked tirelessly to get our project completed in a timely manner. While there were many challenges with Covid, weather and material, Steve provided answers; he was knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. We appreciate your service and dedication to overseeing our new swimming pool. Thank you!
Our pool is 5 years old and it's cracked twice, and has had rust stains from thin gunite. We've had to drain and fill our pool each time at our expense plus the expense of the repair. Our pool is 15,000 gallons, so it's not cheap to refill.
