I want to recommend New Braunfels Pool Company to everyone that needs pool service and/or repair. Keith, Brennan, and Roy did a fantastic job on our pool repair, installing a new filter system, and making sure our pool was in sparkling shape. They respected our property and not only made repairs to the pool but made sure our sprinkler system, fence, and everything else was back in place-even a shovel! : Keith, the owner, made several extra trips out to check on leaks, water level, and chemical balance. He kept us informed all along the way and advised us on other issues that were found. Everything was explained, their workmanship thorough, and politeness was their policy. PSA: A Residential Appliance Installer License is REQUIRED for all technicals that are replacing or repairing swimming pool and spa electrical equipment in Texas. With all the damaged pool equipment from the freeze, many unlicensed technicians are out to make a quick buck! Don't trust the electrical.
