We install the gutters using 1 1/2 ceramic coated screws. We find that the ceramic coated screws are important to make sure your screws do not rust and snap, which can cause your gutter to fall off. Our gutters are always installed up under the drip edge to stop any water from falling behind the gutter. A common mistake companies make is to install gutters on top or below the drip edge which causes a lot of leaks and issues. The pitch of the gutter is determined using a level. A typical slope would be an 1/8 drop per 10'.
