This fee will be deducted from any system that you purchase. Our rates are the same as our design fee, a very worthwhile $75 per hour, one hour minimum. Solar engineer R.R. Walters instructs courses in Solar PV installation at the University of NM. Most of these guides were written by him and R. Mueller for use in UNM courses. The next course begins in January 2007.
