Overhead Door of Tacoma originally started as Van Court & Matthew back in 1954 by Keith Van Court and Glen Matthew. Today it is a second generation owned company by one of Glen's sons, Scott Matthew. For years located in the city of Tacoma, we are now located at 2017 70th Ave. As a small business, we take pride in service and installation of your garage doors and door openers. We install a large array of garage doors, mainly based on the residential side of the business with a small impact on the commercial side.
I bought a garage door from Overhead doors in University Place, they loaded the door for me (with my help) and when I got them home all four doors had a crease in them from resting on the tail gate of my trailer. The problem is I specifically voiced concern and asked them if they would be ok resting on an edge like that. Both Matt and Scott (I Believe who are the owners) told me yes, no problem, they will be fine. Well they weren't and the response I was given was, "you must have hit one hell of a bump" and "you should have tied them down". Where was this advice when THEY loaded me!
They helped me save costs.not overcharge me. Honestly and integrity- Don't go anywhere else.
