I will readily admit that the whole process wasn't perfect, but it's more more a testament to the complexity of home solar than to actual issues or flaws. For that complexity alone, C-TEC was great to have at my side throughout the several month process and navigating through it all. I personally wanted to be a little more involved in the process, but I could have confidently sat back and let C-TEC have full control of the reigns without any input (besides the occasional signature of course). Time will tell about energy production, but besides that, really great job demonstrative of a great company.
