The state of California has funded $1Billion over 10 years for solar installations on affordable housing projects. Each year the program reduces the percentage of the subsidy, but it is an amazing program. Planet Solar is an authorized SOMAH contractor, and will be happy to show you how to get free or very inexpensive solar for your existing affordable housing project. Their price was great, and the installers were really hard working and friendly, and kept me informed through the whole process.
