The most cost-effective way to make your Bedford, Somers or Westchester home more comfortable, healthy and energy efficient is to start with air sealing work and high-performance insulation.
These guys are awesome. Very professional and delivered everything they promised. Our heat and AC cycles a fraction of the amount of time it used to after having them spray foam our attic and basement. Highly recommend.
Healthy Home performed a comprehensive energy assessment of our condominium, which included a blower door test, health and safety analysis, and a visual inspection of the living area and attic. The company then developed a plan for improving the building's energy efficiency (and reducing our utility bills) through improvements in air sealing and attic insulation. When completed, these improvements reduced air leakage in heated areas from 1960 CFM to 1200 CFM. I am very satisfied with Healthy Home's work and expect it will decrease our energy costs and result in more even temperatures throughout our home.
I had a wonderful experience with Healthy Home. Highly recommended for home energy audit and remediation work.
