We will definitely share this with Kevin. I called for an appointment late in the afternoon and was able to schedule a visit for the next day to diagnose and repair a problem I had with the door. At first we could not reproduce the random problem with the door but just after the technician left I was able to reproduce the random problem and a quick call to the technician brought him back in a few minutes to correct the problem once we had been able to confirm the diagnosis.
