En Womack was awesome! Explained everything that needed to be done, why, and the different ways it could be accomplished. I did not feel pressured at all and feel I got exactly what I wanted and needed. They came on a Sunday when our garage door wouldn't open a few years ago so when we decided to buy a new garage door, they were are only call. My new door is the envy of the neighborhood. Highly recommend them. Quick and efficient service. I was then on my way to visit my wife in a nursing home, 5 star rating(too bad I can't give more).
There realize there are back logs in many manufacturing areas. I experienced one in trying to replace my double garage door. The first company contacted postponed the work for nearly 12 weeks. I finally contacted Precision and after a visit from them signed a contract. The new door, rails, spring and gaskets were delivered and installed, as contracted, 10 days later. I could not be happier. My new door is made of the highest quality material. The workmanship is outstanding and I am a happy camper.
Great customer service, they had send out Jeff to give us an estimate for a new motor. He actually fix our issue, while another company tried to charge us $1200 for a new motor and door and made our problem worst than before. Definitely will go with Precision for when we will need our new door and motor replace. Thanks to Jeff.
We had a tension spring break, on our garage door, late Sunday evening. I called Precision, to get an estimate. I was quoted, what I felt to be a fair price. They said that they could out that day, to fix the issue. They were very punctual, polite, and efficient. Our service technician's name is Collin Largen. He was knowledgeable, honest, and had sound recommendations as to what we needed to do. I will gladly recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.
