Extremely fast response and technician, Alex, was knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. Smooth and quick installation and the entire experience from first call you new opener took less than two hours-outstanding! We had previously used Precision Door back in 2014 & we had good service so we called again & Shelby came out and had our door working within 2 hours of arrival. We are pleased with the service & results. A little after 9am I went to open our garage door. About half way up the door CRASHED down.

Their technician Jim arrived at my home just before 10:00 am that same morning. Jim was great! He figured out the problem right away and all repairs were made by 12:30 pm. We have used Precision before, with good results. Today's work was performed by Shelby, and I must compliment him in all respects - very well done! BTW, our last name is misspelled. Appreciate Shelton, the service technician, showing up on time, quickly diagnosing and fixing my garage door issue - bad sensors. He was professional, friendly and competent. The price was fair. Garage door repair. Great customer service! Our repair tech was courteous and did a great job! We actually called another company and waited 5 days for them to give us a call back to schedule a repair time, so we have waited 5 days without a working garage door. We called precision this morning at 8, and our repair tech was here by 12! Thank you! Very professional and gave me three options for the repair. I asked him about the seal on the bottom of the door that needed to be replaced. He said it would not be good to replace it because there was other things would need to be done to the door for it to work.
