It was good experience from the start. The Rep (Phil) arrived on time to discuss my project and took notes of areas I wanted attention. Later that day I got a quote with clear breakdown of work to perform, photos marked with where and what would be done, and pricing. The brochure he left had references, licenses, insurance, etc., which was very reassuring and professional.
The Field Manager (David) was courteous and professional. He was on site from start to finish. As there was additional carpentry work beyond the original quote, he and Uga explained clearly why and what was required and gave me a quote with good description and photos for the additional work.
And I like it that Rafaela (Operations Manager) was able to give me an update daily on the progress via email so I would know what to expect the following day.
It turned out to be a big project but work progressed smoothly and quickly. The overall workmanship was great and is to my satisfaction, and my house look so good now. I would highly recommend Services Plus.

We selected Services Plus to paint the outside of our home after getting quotes from 3 other companies. What stood out was the outstanding customer service from day one, detailed proposal/scope, and wide selection of services they could provide. Our project included the replacement of some trim and clapboard as well as new shutters, it was terrific having all of that work managed and completed by one crew. Phil came out for the initial estimate and then graciously passed us over to Mat who was our operations manager for the project. Prior to starting we were able to get some paint samples to try on the house to see what color we liked best, this was very helpful in the process. There was constant communication throughout between myself, Mat and Ivomar who was the field manager. He and his crew of 2 were great to work with and despite one rain day they were able to complete the project in a week. At the final walk through with the Project Manager and Ivomar, there were 2 tiny items to be addressed and they took care of it on the spot which was most appreciated. The house looks amazing! I would highly recommend Services Plus and we plan to use them for other work.

As a first time home buyer it can be quite stressful trying to have several projects completed before moving into a new home. Services plus made the transition for us feel seamless, and we are very happy with them. Services plus painted our interior walls to perfection, added beautiful wainscoting to our dining room and entryway and whitewashed our fireplace. The crew was respectful and clean, they were responsive to any changes we asked for or details we pointed too, and the project manager was in communication with us throughout the whole process. We plan to use them again in a few months for exterior painting.

Excellent work! The company is very responsive, the on-site crew is professional and always ready to help with little asks you may have during the project. Nice pricing for repairs+painting+warranty. It was a couple of days to get the quote. It took about a week from me approving the quote till the end of the project.

An excellent experience with Services Plus from first to last. They combine the efficiency of a bigger operation with the responsiveness and quality control of a small crew or a single painter. They did a lot of carpentry and repair for us as well as painting. They did everything well, and on the one or two occasions where I had questions or concerns, they responded immediately and satisfactorily. Our crew chief, Douglas, was great, as was Gleydson, who came to provide the estimate and Chloe with whom I corresponded by email. The price was reasonable, and the work was done fast and well--even in this difficult time of social distancing. Highly recommended.
