PHI can assist homeowners and small businesses by helping them manage logistical and purchasing risks associated with replacing existing HVAC and mechanical systems (water heaters, furnaces, AC, PV/solar cell technology, etc.). PHI uses late model, professional-grade surveying instruments and measurement equipment. Our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, and exceeds standards established by the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors and the State of Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection.
