The firm evolved in 1978 to incorporate civil engineering services. HRA is now the largest firm in the region offering professional land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning services. HRA has acquired extensive experience on multi-discipline design teams working on large feasibility studies and municipal and institutional construction projects. Our contributions include infrastructure research and analysis, performance of design topographical surveys, cost estimating and designs for site and municipal utilities, site drainage, grading, paving, pedestrian and vehicular access, traffic control, demolition, and pollution and erosion control planning.
