Setting the Space started in 2006 as a home staging firm based in Plymouth, MA. We have quickly grown, adding our first retail location in 2011. We currently have 6 retail interior design centers from Dedham to Mashpee. Each interior design center is home to a diverse and unique merchandise assortment ranging from unexpected, whimsical gifts to the latest trends in home furnishings. Each store is staffed with a creative and talented team of designers ready to help customers. Today, we average about 100 staged properties at a time, supporting realtors through-out Massachusetts.
I thought that I was good at decorating, I mean every person who entered my home would comment and compliment my decorating ability. I thought no one knew our taste, style and what we like better than ourselves, so I sought out purchasing furniture myself. My affinity for design (and realization that I am addicted to club chairs) brought me to Setting The Space. I immediately fell for the vibe, the furniture, the people -- really it ALL! When my husband mentioned having Setting The Space come to our home for a consultation, I was thrilled.
Setting the Space has been staging homes for over 10 years. Home Staging is an important tool that prepares a property for sale. The key to home staging is clever space planning that creates a logical flow through-out the home and showcases the positive attributes of the property. A neutral palette, both in color and design, helps potential buyers envision how they would live in the space. Our real estate home staging designers select each staging from our 20,000 square foot warehouse where we house our inventory of furniture, art & accessories.

It all starts in one of our 6 retail interior design centers where customers can connect with a member of our design team and become inspired by our beautiful showroom. This store is incredible. We found "the piece" we were looking for! I couldn't get over the variety and amount of unique items they had. A must shop for me whenever I'm in their town.
