Many of our customers clean their own gas fireplace. One thing I find a lot is that they used a glass cleaner not made for gas fireplace glass. It's best to use a product that is made to clean the glass on your fireplace. I've tried different glass cleaners and I personally use a product made by Imperial. You can find it on Amazon.
