James W. Elmer Construction is a commercial general contractor located in Spokane, Washington. Our primary focus of work has been tenant improvements, historical renovations, churches, medical offices, multi-family housing and "Butler Steel Buildings."
Our strong belief is that the best projects are developed using an Owner, Architect, and Builder Team. This Team approach produces the most cost effective and efficient projects. Through the use of the Design Build Team concept and with close coordination with the Owner, we have found that we are able to construct a quality product and maximize the use of the dollars expended in providing a product in which all members of the Team can take pride in for many years.
