I recently ordered two items from Bronson Design Studio online and could not have been more pleased. Their site is user friendly as are their prices. They carry high quality items at a great price and offer the best online customer service that I've found yet. One of the items had been damaged in shipment from the manufacturer and Bronson arranged for shipping a new one and for a pick up of the damaged item. Pleasant, cooperative and pro-active. Rugs connect us to our space. They complete not only the room, but the way you feel in it.
Customer service and follow-up was awesome. We dropped an exterior light and needed replacement glass. Bronson contacted the manufacturer and had the replacement pieces sent from the factory distributor for very reasonable prices.
