Howard Richter, our company president and CEO, has come from a family with an extensive background in construction. Prior to starting his own company, Howard served as a construction foreman for one of Arizona's leading builders, Schuffler and Kerley. Later he was the construction superintendent for Billingsley Construction Company, then one of the largest custom home builders in the area. In 1979 Howard founded the company and, in 1982, he incorporated the business in Arizona under the name Sierra Remodeling & Home Builders, Inc.
