We had ARK install a drainage and sump pump system in our basement due to water leakage and damage. It was nice and easy from the start to the finish of the project. We have been doing a bunch of home repairs, so we have been having many people come give us quotes for things and their rep Joe was mercifully quick, knowledgeable, and didn't use any high pressure sales stuff. (good luck and/or r.i.p. if you are getting window estimates from some of these companies) They also beat another waterproofing companies price quote. They split the work into two days and started about 3 weeks from when we signed up. Thanks!

They were prompt, courteous and discussed job and what was necessary. All workers were friendly & diligent and completion of tasks. Returned to clean up job site and return moved appliances to proper place. Insured they were working properly before leaving. Daughter who reviewed whole process was well pleased.

Very impressed with Mike Perry, who met with me twice and inspected and measured the basement thoroughly before I contracted for a large basement waterproofing job. He sent a professional team who were on time every day. One small unavoidable issue was taken care of promptly. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend Mike and his team for basement waterproofing.

No more wet basement woohoo i never seen a crew that worked so hard,i dont think they stopped for lunch.i will let ya know there will be dust just cover up your stuff, they also will cover it up kinda like double protection,what i really liked they are a family owned buisness,one of the owners would stop everyday to ck on the process,and the workers are not sub contractors and worked like a well oiled machine, We got them pizza on the last day kinda felt bad for them its is a hard dirty job ,thanks guys for your hard work ,Mike give the guys a raise

Had two places in my basement where the existing French drain failed. They placed a new system in one day, cleaned up and were gone by I came home from work.
