My husband and I decided to finish our basement to add square footage and rooms without having to enter this crazy housing market, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. We met with several companies, but after meeting with David, Sheffield was the clear choice. The pricing was straight forward with no hidden fees. The only additional costs were things we selected and the associated costs were provided in order to make those decisions. The design center was easy to work with and very helpful in making our selections. Our project started on time, and finished on time and un budget, which is unheard of in this day and age. There were some bumps along the way, but our project manager Felipe was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. He kept the subcontractors on track while maintaining the quality of the work. Our overall experience was great, and we like our basement better than the rest of the house. Highly recommend this group for any of your building needs.
