We can meet with you at your land, lot, or at a piece of property you are interested in purchasing and give you our evaluation of how buildable it is. We will talk about factors such as driveway location, foundation types (slab, crawlspace or basement), erosion control, water drainage, building setbacks, utilities needed, clearing and more. Send us a plan that you are interested in or simply sketch something up and we can ballpark it for you. You will receive an estimate that is usually within 5% depending on the amount of detail we receive from you.

Precision Custom Home Builders specializes in designing and building custom homes for customers who own vacant lots or land. We are currently building several custom homes in the North Georgia area. We would love the opportunity to work with you to make your dream home a reality. We are not your typical builder driving around building houses out of a pick-up truck with house plans thrown in the back seat with very little time to answer your phone calls. Our custom home building team is made up of four members that can effectively take care of all facets of the custom home building process.

Our design process begins with meeting you and learning your desires and interests in a new home. This is also an ideal time to show any sketches or photos you may have. The final design of the home must capture everything you want in your new home so communication is of utmost importance. The site visit helps us to further understand your needs and desires in your home. At this time we will discuss important details such as drainage, orientation, utility sources, driveway and garage locations, site boundaries etc. Final site selection on your lot will need to be determined before final designs are complete.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to earn your business! At Precision Custom Home Builders, you will find that we are all about informing you as much as possible about the process of building a custom home. This information has been put together to let you know some of the things that need to be completed before we can break ground! Are you financing your new home with a bank? If so, you need to know what you are pre-qualified to borrow. You don't want to waste your time looking for land or a house that is out of your budget.

Great experience working with Precision Custom Home Builders. I like their excellent engineering and quality, along with low maintenance construction. They do creative designs so homes have great curb appeal and floor plans have good flow for family gatherings and entertaining. I highly recommend them!

Precision built our house 6 months ago. They were a joy to work with and I Iove their process. We are so happy with our house that I recommend them to everyone I meet that is looking for a builder. Aaron was a godsend for the day to day management and all the vendors we worked with were exceptional

Precision Homes did a great job. I am so glad we found Dan and Katy to build our forever home! Aaron was with us every step of the way to answer our questions and make sure everything was just perfect. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Me and my family are truly blessed!
