After starting the design process with another construction company who was not working with their budget in mind, the clients contacted us for a fresh start. Working quickly to recover precious time lost, our design team was able to create a design plan in line with the client's vision and their budget. The original plan to transform the existing structure was reevaluated after concern regarding the discovery of a musty, water-logged basement. Keeping the existing design, the team went back to work to create a plan to build a brand new structure.
Looking to add more entertainment space for game days, these clients came to us with their ideas and we were able to use our semi-custom Waypoint Living Spaces line of cabinets to create the built-in cabinetry sections in this project. Upon finishing their basement project, the clients found out their family was growing and asked our team to come up with a plan to add an additional bedroom to the second floor layout. Honored and excited to serve these clients again, the team went right to work designing the space.
