This home owner needed additional storage space and a larger garage, and we built in a few details to help them maintain order with their outdoor needs. We used engineered attic trusses to create an additional 14' x 24' storage room with an 8' ceiling. The customers are using it for storage, but it could be used as a bonus room, increasing the resale value with this extra space. We added a 4' x 9' garden shed onto the back of garage, so that their gardening equipment would not need to take space in the garage.
