Maile, Tekulve & Gray recognizes that over the past 60 years since our inception, the construction industry has become much more ‘specialized'. We are primarily known for ‘residential remodeling' and we're proud of that reputation. However, we have always built beautiful custom homes; we've developed land from farm land to commercial and residential building lots; and yes, we've produced great commercial projects, as well. Our commercial resume includes both renovation and new construction of professional office buildings, convenience stores, storage and warehouse buildings, veterinary offices, retail stores, and, one of our primary commercial specialties is Dental Offices, primarily because there are so many details required.
