We LOVE our new home and it's just 15 minutes from the ocean. We searched for a new home for over a year and finally decided on Barons Bluff North. The sales agent, Archie, went above and beyond to make us happy. Lucas, the superintendent, made sure all our walk-through items were completed to our satisfaction before closing. I was a builder for 30 years and they were able to meet my approval (thanks to Lucas and Archie). We have fabulous neighbors and enjoy the secluded country atmosphere. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase from Beverly Homes!

We decided to sell our rental home and did not want to wait for a realtor. Several friends recommended Beverly homes so we tried them out. They were very fast in making an offer. The price was fair and they agreed to pay all closing costs. Once we signed the contract they did all of the work and made it easy for us. The closing was done locally and we got paid exactly what we were promised. I would use Beverly Homes again to sell a house.

We just closed on selling our home to Beverly group and they did a great job. I was actually surprised to see a couple of complaints here since the company was very clear and transparent with us. Sure we maybe could have gotten more money had we waited longer but we wanted to sell fast and not worry about making the repairs. Overall, I am pleased with how the process went and would use them again.

I had to sell my condo after a few months of working with a realtor with no offers. Beverly homes was incredibly flexible and accommodating with me and also patient with me. They helped set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through my first home-selling process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for their guidance. They were professional and responded quickly.

Beverly group made us an offer on our home. We were skeptical at first with how fast it arrived. After doing some research we were comfortable to sign. They contacted us immediately and scheduled the walk thru. They were satisfied with how we described the condition of the property. We were able to close quickly as they promised and were paid the amount agreed on. Beverly paid for all of the closing costs and we didn't come out of pocket. The overall experience was easy and they were consistent in what they promised and delivered.
This company is nothing but a bunch of liars. Say they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy but we have been waiting weeks for small things to be done for the house we bought.that took 2 extra months by the way.and its like we don't even exist anymore.noth ing but lip service from them.do not buy from Beverly.you will be sorry!
