Our HOA recently told all the homeowners in our development that we needed to get our home exteriors repainted. Smart Painting was one of the contractors that they recommended, and they did a great job! They were charging a discounted flat rate for all the houses in our development, so we didn't have the extra time of getting somebody out here to do an estimate. The work took four days from start to finish, and did a very professional job. The house looks great. They dealt with our neighbors directly when they had to get into their yards to paint our house. When they were done, they put all our patio furniture back where we had it. They also had to trim some trees, and they hauled all the trimmings away afterwards as well. Would definitely recommend.

We needed the exterior of our house painted because it had been 24 years since the last paint job. I contacted Joon from Smart Painting because of the great Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Joon and I were on the same page right from the start in terms of the communication process. Texting works very well for me and Joon sent multiple texts to communicate colors and other pertinent info. He even made several live samples available to me at our local Kelly Moore store until we locked in on the right color. He said it would probably take three days to complete the job with power washing and prep done on the first day. On the second day painting started and to my surprise, Joon had two crews working on my house and they completed the two coat paint job in one day. The entire process was very professional from start to finish and I look forward to using Smart Painting when our interior needs updating.

I researched for a week or so before I started calling painting companies for proposals. Smart painting was first on the list, but I always like to get three or four bids. I met with Joon Park and was impressed with his professionalism. He expressed his companies commitment to detail and getting the job done right. My wife and I decided to go with Smart Painting and couldn't be happier. Their crew was on time, courteous and respectful of the property. They finished on time and the place looks absolutely amazing. We love how the exterior of our home looks now. If you read this, do yourself a favor and go with Smart Painting because it just doesn't get any better.

Joon's team was clean, courteous and on time. Spent as much prep time as painting and did their own quality control and had very few things to touch up from their own work. Were even so honest they offered to pay for a fragile 20 year old motion sensor that was slightly damaged during the prep work.Will definitely use them again.

We hired Joon and his crew to help with a whole-house interior painting project.

Joon (the owner) was great to work with, very responsive and quick to schedule us in. Immediately when Joon arrived at the home, he was able to spot several flaws in the previous paint job (eg. ceilings poorly painted, weird paint finishes used on the walls vs ceiling), and this showed his attention to detail. Joon provided several solid suggestions on paint colors combinations and brands - ultimately, we chose BM paints for all interior walls and trim.

The project took three days to complete - Joon's foreman (Manuel) and his crew were extremely professional and thorough. They did a solid job protecting the floors, cabinets, curtains, and fixtures. Upon completion of the project, we were happy with the result - very high quality, and our guests have also been impressed by the transformation. There were only a handful of areas where there was a small amount of additional paint on some fixtures, but those can be easily removed with paint thinner.

Joon was very professional in handling the repainting of my parents' home. It been 20 years since they painted it last, and they were due for an upgrade. They were very prompt, able to come and give them an estimate (in person! not online) the day they requested one. He was very experienced, offered great color choice of door paint to go with the wall paint they went with, left the house orderly and clean, and gave very reasonable, competitive pricing compared to other painting services in the area. For my parents to say they loved his service (and they're picky!), it means a lot. Highly recommend!
