This photo shows a new custom island kitchen that we completed. Here we custom built the cabinets and the kitchen island framing. Then a gas cooktop was installed with an customized exhaust down draft that runs under the floor and exits to the outside.

In this home remodeling project we performed an extensive kitchen remodel. It began with new granite countertops, a sink and faucet set, a gas cooktop and a microwave oven. Additionally, the cabinets were refinished which included new hardware. Also included were new recessed ceiling lighting fixtures and slate tile flooring. For the finishing touches the walls, ceiling and wood trim were prepped repainted. In this project we installed granite countertops on a new island with a gas cooktop with a new custom exhaust down draft vent, which vents under the flooring and out the exterior kitchen wall.

This home remodeling project involved replacing the original single pane exterior windows with insulated windows. We installed tan colored replacement windows for this homeowner. These energy efficient replacement windows will help reduce the noise and dust inside the house as well as assist with lower energy use. New custom windows were installed for this replacement window remodel project. The new ones are tan colored and matching tan colored caulk was used to enhance the exterior look. By using energy efficient windows, this remodel project should help lower the energy use, reduce the interior dust and taper the exterior noise.

It has become quite popular for our home remodeling clients to request information about an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Outdoor kitchens can provide, in essence, another living area for the home owner. Apart from having cooking capabilities, they can also provide an entertainment area with seating and dining capacities. Generally, a new space needs to be created for the new outdoor cooking and dining area. In this example the client wanted to incorporate an outdoor cooking area with an existing patio.

This home remodeling project involved the installation of new custom patio doors. We installed insulated doors off the upstairs bedroom that opens onto a deck that has a great view of a local park. These high efficiency doors should help keep the noise down from the adjacent park. In addition, they should also help keep out dust. Futhermore, the walls and trim were prepped and repainted while new carpet was furnished to complete this room remodel. New glass patio doors, like the ones displayed here, offer the home owner a terrific view of the town park.

A kitchen is a common place to begin a home renovation project. New countertops and custom cabinets are quite popular in kitchen remodeling. In this bathroom renovation project we installed a new countertop with dual sinks. The cabinets were refinished and painted with new hardware installed. As in many bathroom remodeling jobs a new bathtub with shower was included while new tile flooring finished the room.

In this outdoor kitchens design project we extended the roof to create additional patio coverage. For this home improvement we built and installed custom cabinets and an exhaust vent for a gas grill that included a side hot plate. This design also comprised additional seating that was provided by the custom bar, at left, which also had drop down lighting furnished. Lighted ceiling fans were put in to provide a comfortable breeze.

Many clients desire a new shower and we can provide a new shower experience by renovating an existing shower/bath or by installing a new shower. Here is a completed new shower install. For this bathroom remodeling project we removed the existing shower and hardware from the bathroom and prepped the space to receive the new shower. We then installed the shower that has granite walls and a bronze waterfall showerhead. Completing this bath remodel, a glass door with new bronze hardware was installed.

In this bathroom remodeling project we performed a shower remodeling job. New solid surface walls and floor were installed. This bathroom renovation required the removal of the wall showerhead and the installation of a new ceiling rainfall showerhead unit. New recessed overhead light fixtures and a custom brass accented glass door were furnished to complete this home remodel.
