The salesman, Rich, came out and explained everything to us and how it would be done and for a great price with an excellent warranty. Then Nick, our installer, did a fantastic job by himself installing 13 windows. He returned the next day to install our 2 8 foot wide sliding doors. Nick and Tyler did a fantastic job completing that project and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. These guys were great! The did two units in our complex on the same day. The first unit involved windows on two levels. Neither were simple remove-replace situation. There was a lot of siding issues to deal with and the fact that these units are 45 years old did not help. The two men worked relentlessly for 10+ hours with very few breaks. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. I HIGHLY recommend these two men.
